About the Author
Anna Kirbyson is Project Coordinator for the Winnipeg Food Project – an initiative of the Social Planning Council of Winnipeg working to identify and implement food security strategies. Previous to the Food Project, she was Project Director for AgraRoots, a communications and marketing network for small-scale food producers and processors in British Columbia. She has a broad range of experience in community and economic development.
